Flooding Washes Away Easter Seals' Materials, but Not Perseverance

For the third time in a year Easter Seals has suffered damage from flooding despite all precautions taken by the staff. ABC 13's Steve Campion came out to survey the heartbreaking damage sustained by the Caroline School and Children's Therapy. Curriculum, books, and much more were lost after the heavy rains poured into the building over the sandbags.
