Volunteer Opportunities

Easter Seals Greater Houston proudly serves children, adults and veterans with all types of disabilities in a multitude of ways. This means that we have vast number of volunteer opportunities that would be perfect for individuals and groups! Helping hands are always needed! Adult Day Program

Volunteer Opportunities on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m and/or 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.. If you are interested in volunteering at the Adult Day Program contact us for more information at Adult@eastersealshouston.org  or 713.838.9050, ext. 350.


Saturday Bowling

Enjoy a fun day of assisting adults with disabilities bowl with adaptive equipment. Volunteer opportunities are on most 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at AMF Winderfern Lanes, 14441 Northwest Freeway. Contact us for more information, 713.838.9050, ext. 310.

Saturday Day Camp

Saturday Day Camp is a morning camp for children with disabilities (ages 6-14) and their siblings (ages 6-10). This program is hosted one Saturday morning per month at The Caroline School. Campers are paired one to one with a volunteer, who helps lead them through activities such as arts & crafts, group games, and more! We also have an onsite nurse and director for assistance with toileting, medication, and specialized feeds.

Parents Night Out (PNO)

Parents Night Out (PNO) is a Friday night out-of-home Respite program held in Houston and Katy. Children, teens, and young adults with disabilities are welcome. If interested in volunteering, please contact Adriana Rico at ARico@eastersealshouston.org.



Easter Seals Greater Houston hosts day camps and overnight camps for children ages 6-21 with disabilities. Camp Smiles is a week-long overnight camp held at Camp for All. Camp Buckaroo is a week long day camp for children ages 6-14 and their siblings in various locations. Camp MOST hosts Camp Smiles graduates between the ages of 14-21. Learn more about our camps. Ready to Achieve Mentoring (RAMP)

RAMP is a career-focused mentoring program for youth with disabilities involved, or at-risk of becoming involved, with the juvenile justice system. The RAMP model utilizes a combination of group, peer, and one-on-one mentoring to promote the successful transition of RAMP youth to employment, continued learning opportunities, and independent living. Youth meet weekly to develop social skills, self confidence, work readiness skills, participate in mock interviews, create resumes and career exploration. FAQs.
